How do I attach a tracker to a tour or an order?

So that apomap can assign the readings to a tour, you attach the tracker to the tour. If only a single order travels refrigerated, you can also attach it directly to the order.

To a tour

Plan the tour first. → How do I plan a tour?
In the tour card, click the thermometer icon.
Choose the tracker. It must be online.

As soon as your driver starts the tour, the tracker records – from half an hour before the start until half an hour after the end.

To an order

In the order overview, click the order and then the thermometer icon at the top of the panel. Choose the tracker.

Detach the tracker

Open the tour via the ⓘ and the Temperature tab. On the left you see the attached tracker. You detach it at the far right of the field.

Note: A tracker can only be attached to one running tour at a time. If all trackers are in active tours, apomap shows this. Then finish a tour first before reassigning the tracker.
