• What is the apomap Tracker and how do I use it?

  The apomap Tracker travels in the cool box and measures temperature, humidity, light and shock during the tour. This lets you document the cold chain without gaps.   Under Tracker in the menu on the left you see all your apomap Trackers with battery, target range and current readings. • What do the temperature alarms mean?

  If a tracker measures a value outside its target range, apomap raises an alarm – in the pharmacy and for the driver. Where you see the alarm In apomap: A message appears at the top right. You'll also find all alarms and all-clears in the message centre (bell at the top of the header). In the driver app: A red thermometer appears at the top right with the number of active alarms. • How do I prove the cold chain?

  apomap stores all readings of a tour permanently. That way you can prove at any time that the cold chain was maintained. View a tour's readings Open the tour via the ⓘ. You'll find past tours in the Documentation. Click the Temperature tab. On the left you see the tour's trackers, on the right the history. • How do I attach a tracker to a tour or an order?

  So that apomap can assign the readings to a tour, you attach the tracker to the tour. If only a single order travels refrigerated, you can also attach it directly to the order.
