How do I use the chat?

With the chat you message your drivers and colleagues directly from apomap, without private messengers.

Note: Every staff member and driver needs their own apomap login for this. → Adding staff and drivers and assigning roles

Start a new chat

In the menu on the left, click Chat.
Click the + at the top.
Choose a driver or staff member and click Create.
Write your message. The upload icon also lets you send files, for example a photo of the prescription.

Your driver sees the message immediately as a notification in the driver app, your colleagues in apomap.

All conversations are listed on the left. Click one to open it.

Tip: Use the chat, for example, when a temperature alarm comes in or when you attach another order to a driver's tour during the tour.
