Working without internet (offline mode)

You can keep working even without a signal. The app saves your input and sends it as soon as you have reception again.

A yellow bar "Offline mode" shows how many actions are still waiting.
Works offline: viewing tours and stops, collecting, delivering, notes.
Doesn't work offline: chat, photo scan, signing in. Navigation only via Google Maps or Apple Maps.
When the connection is back, a blue bar shows how many actions have been transferred.

Tip: Open your tour once before departure while you have Wi-Fi or good reception. Then all the data is on your phone.
