Completing a delivery – payment, signature, photo, note
When you arrive at the customer, tap Deliver. On one page you then handle payment, signature, photo and note.
The stop at the customer
After collecting, Next takes you to the first customer. You see the name, address, the customer's time window, the planned arrival and the outstanding amount. Notes from the pharmacy are highlighted in yellow, with tags such as "Call ahead" or "Prescription-only" below.
At the bottom you have three buttons: Undeliverable (→ Customer not home? Reporting a delivery as undeliverable), Alternative (→ Alternative delivery – neighbour, safe place, letterbox) and Deliver.

1. Payment
At the top you see the amount and how it should be paid, e.g. "Cash payment – collect on handover". Choose how the customer actually paid:
Option | When |
|---|---|
Cash | The customer pays in cash. |
Card | The customer pays by card at the terminal. |
Exempt | The customer is exempt from the co-payment. |
No | The customer didn't pay. The amount remains outstanding. |
Card with the apomap Terminal: If your pharmacy has activated apomap Pay, the amount is transferred automatically to the card terminal (Viva). Without apomap Pay it says "Card payment pending" – then you enter the amount on the terminal yourself. With Exempt it says "Payment exempt".
Change calculator: For cash payments, enter how much you received. The app immediately shows the change, e.g. €50.00 received for €23.00 → €27.00 change.

2. Signature
- Tap Signature.
- The customer signs in the box with their finger.
- Made a mistake? Tap Clear at the top right.
- Tap Done.

3. Photo (optional)
Tap Photo to take a picture as proof of delivery, e.g. of the parcel left at the door. If the pharmacy has switched on "Enforce proof of delivery", the photo is mandatory.
4. Note
Under Add note you write something for the pharmacy, e.g. "Customer asks for a call back". The pharmacy sees the note on the order and on the dashboard.
5. Complete
Completed steps get a green tick. Tap Complete delivery. The app automatically opens the next stop. After the last customer you land in the tour overview and can finish the tour (→ Finishing a tour and summary).
