Collecting and loading orders

At the pickup stop you take the parcels from the pharmacy. The app shows you which parcels belong to this tour and in what order to load them.

The pickup stop

After you start the tour, the first pickup stop opens automatically. At the top it says Collect orders with the name of the pharmacy, and below that the progress, e.g. "0 of 3 collected".

Pickup stop before collecting

Each order shows:

  • Delivery position, e.g. "3/5": this parcel will be delivered third of five.
  • Name of the customer
  • Icons for what you need to know:

yellow warning triangle

Note from the pharmacy, e.g. "Use the rear entrance via the courtyard"

other icons (e.g. bell)

Tap an order to open the order details with address, order ID, all tags, outstanding amount and pharmacy.

Collect parcels

At the bottom you have three buttons:

  • Scan: Opens the camera. Hold the label's barcode in the frame – the app recognises it automatically and ticks off the parcel.
  • Collect all: ticks off all parcels at this stop at once.
  • Next: takes you to the next stop.

To tick off individual parcels, tap the tick on the right. Collected parcels are crossed out and marked green.

One parcel collected

Once all parcels are collected, only the Next button remains.

All parcels collected

Note: If your pharmacy has switched on "Enforce pickup scan", Collect all and the ticks are locked. You can then only collect each parcel by scanning.

Note: The camera needs permission for the apomap app. If your phone asks, tap Allow.

Tip: Load by delivery position: high numbers first at the back, low numbers last at the front. Then the next parcel is always on top.

Several pickup stops

If you pick up at several pharmacies, tap Next after the first pickup stop and collect the same way at the next pickup stop. After that, Next takes you to the first customer.
