Automatic order scheduling and archiving

Two automatic functions keep your order overview tidy: orders left over are moved to the next day, and completed orders are archived after a set period.

Automatically replan orders from the previous day

Settings → Orders & automation → Automatic order scheduling

  • If "Automatically replan orders from the previous day" is active, apomap moves open and packed orders that weren't delivered during the day to the next day overnight.
  • Under Time of the move you set when this happens. The default is 23:59.

If you choose a single pharmacy at the top left, you'll also find here:

  • Last delivery time: The latest time this location delivers until.
  • Orders with failed deliveries: If the toggle is on, an order goes straight to Clarification after a failed delivery. If it's off, the order returns to the status it had before (Open or Packed).

Archiving

Settings → Orders & automation → Archiving

Here you set after how many days completed orders are archived automatically. Archived orders disappear from the normal overview but aren't lost: you'll find them in the global search, the order overview and the documentation when you activate the Show archived toggle or filter.

Tip: You can also set both settings differently per pharmacy.
