Managing tags

With tags you mark orders, e.g. "Refrigerated" or "Narcotics", so that your team and drivers recognise them immediately.

Under Settings → Administration & management → Tags you see two kinds of tags:

• Global tags are predefined, e.g. "Care home", "Doctor's practice" or "Call ahead". Some of them are assigned automatically by your pharmacy management system.
• Your own tags you create per pharmacy, e.g. "Beware of the dog" or "Ring twice".

How to create your own tag:

1. Click Create tag.
2. Enter a name.
3. Choose the pharmacies the tag should apply to. Multiple selection is possible.
4. Choose a colour and an icon.
5. Click Create.

You then assign the tag directly on the order or the favourite. Whether tags appear on the label is set under Label contents.
