Creating and managing locations

Do you deliver from several pharmacies? Then create each pharmacy as its own location and manage orders, tours and settings per location.

Note: Multiple locations aren't included in every plan. You can see which plans allow this in the plan overview at apomap.de.

Your locations at a glance

Under Settings → Administration & management → Pharmacies you see all locations as cards. At the top it shows how many locations you've created and how many your plan allows, e.g. "Location: 5/9". Each card shows:

  • the pharmacy's logo, name and address
  • the pharmacy's tracking link – copy it with the copy icon (→ How do my customers get shipment tracking?)
  • Edit and Delete
  • the Main location label on your main pharmacy

If you delete a location, its orders are kept and marked with the archived location. Show archived locations displays deleted locations again.

Note: Only an admin can create and delete locations.

Create or edit a location

  1. Click Create, or Edit on a location.
  2. Upload a logo and enter the pharmacy's name, address and phone. The address is the start and end point of this location's tours.
  3. Choose a colour. The pharmacy's tour points are outlined in this colour on the map – handy with several locations.
  4. If needed, tick Main location.
  5. Under Tracking contact you enter the phone, WhatsApp and email through which your customers can reach the pharmacy from the shipment tracking.
  6. Click Save.

Edit a location

Working with several locations

  • At the top of the order overview and tour planning you choose which pharmacy you're viewing.
  • Integrations are connected per pharmacy – so each order automatically ends up at the right location.
  • Staff and drivers only see the locations assigned to them (→ Adding staff and drivers and assigning roles).
  • In the settings, choose a pharmacy at the top left instead of "Global" and set separate rules for it (→ Settings at a glance – global vs. pharmacy).
