What is an address conflict?

If an order is highlighted in yellow, apomap couldn't find its address unambiguously. Correct it so that you can plan the order into a tour.

Where can I see address conflicts?

  • In the order overview and in tour planning, the order is highlighted in yellow and has an exclamation mark at the front.
  • On the dashboard, a notice at the top shows how many orders have an address conflict. Click it to correct them directly.
  • Via the filter: filter icon → Advanced → Address conflict → Show conflicts.

How to resolve an address conflict

  1. Click the exclamation mark at the front of the order. You see the address as it was transferred.
  2. Check apomap's address suggestions and choose the right one.
  3. Click Save.

If none of the suggestions fit, enter the address yourself under Enter address manually at the bottom, choose it from the list and click Save.

The order is then no longer yellow, and you can plan it into a tour.

Tip: If the same customer keeps having an address conflict, check the address in your pharmacy management system. Write out abbreviations and add the postcode. Then it will arrive correctly next time.
