Tip: If you visit the address regularly, click Select favourite at the top. apomap then fills in all the fields for you. → How do I create and manage favourites?

The fields at a glance

Special attributes and refrigeration

  • Priority: The order is delivered at the start of the tour.
  • Narcotics and Prescription-only: Mark narcotics (BTM) and Rx orders.
  • Refrigeration: None, Refrigerated (2–8 °C) or Frozen (−18 °C or colder).

Contact and address

  • Full name, phone, mobile, email: So your driver can reach the customer.
  • Address and Address supplement: For example rear building or 3rd floor.
  • Driver note: Notes for the delivery, for example "Carer will accept the delivery". Your driver and your team can see it. In the detail view it appears under Note to driver.

Delivery details

  • Pharmacy: Which location the order comes from.
  • Stop duration: Roughly how long your driver needs at this stop. apomap plans the time into the tour.
  • Parcel count: How many parcels belong to this order.
  • Outstanding amount (€): The amount your driver collects at the door. At the handover, they choose the payment method: Cash, Card, Exempt or Not paid. With the apomap Terminal your customer pays by card right at the door, including contactless with Apple Pay or Google Pay. You'll see all takings later in the tour settlement. → Where can I find the takings of my tour?
  • Order number: For example the receipt number from your pharmacy management system.
  • Tags: Your own keywords that you can filter by later.
  • Internal note: For your team only. Your driver can't see it.

Time windows

  • Delivery date: The day of delivery.
  • Delivery time window: From when to when the delivery should take place. Add time window lets you enter several. This is handy if a customer is only at home in the morning or from 5 pm, for example. Tour planning takes all the windows into account.

The buttons at the bottom

  • Create delivery order: Creates the order and closes the form.
  • Create and continue: Creates the order and opens an empty form for the next one straight away. Handy when you're entering several orders in a row.
  • Save as favourite: If you tick this before creating, apomap also saves the details as a favourite.

Note: Driver note or internal note? Everything the driver needs to know at the door belongs in the driver note. Everything that only concerns your team belongs in the internal note.
