How do I search and filter orders?

The quickest way to find a specific order is the search. If you want to see a group of orders, for example all narcotics orders or all in clarification, use the filter.

The search in the header

The search at the very top finds everything in apomap – whichever view you're in. It also searches past days, so it's ideal when a customer calls and asks where their delivery is.

  1. Click in the Search field in the header.
  2. Enter, for example, the job number, the name or the address.
  3. On the left you can narrow down the results: All categories, Orders, Pickup, Collective orders, Collective pickups, Tours, Recurring tours, Staff or Favourites.
  4. Click a result to open it.

For each order you see the status, date, outstanding amount and time window straight away.

Tip: If you're looking for a deleted order, activate Archived orders at the bottom left.

The search in the order overview

In the order overview there's a separate search field above the list. It searches the orders in the open tab by name, address or job number. If you're looking for an order regardless of its status, switch to the All tab first.

Next to it you choose the pharmacy and the sort order, for example "Newest".

Filter orders

  1. In the order overview, click the filter icon to the right of the sort order.
  2. Click Advanced. A panel with all filters opens.
  3. Choose the filters you need and click Apply.

Active filters are shown as chips below the search field. The number on the filter icon shows how many filters are currently active. Reset removes them all at once.
