How do I edit several orders at once?

Want to set refrigeration for ten orders, or move all deliveries to a care home to a new time window? With bulk editing you change several orders in one step instead of opening each one individually.

Select orders

1. Open Tour planning.
2. In the order list, tick each order you want to edit. The tick box in the header selects all orders in the current view.
3. A bar with Select action, Collective order and Plan tour appears at the bottom.

Select action

Under Select action you'll find all the actions you can carry out for the selected orders:

• Mark as packed
• Add orders to a tour
• Add to collective order
• Bulk edit
• Print
• Delete

Use bulk editing

1. Choose Select action → Bulk edit.
2. At the top you see how many orders you're editing. Click it to see the list.
3. Change the fields you want: Priority, Narcotics, Refrigeration, Delivery date and Delivery time window (including several).
4. Click Save and confirm the prompt.

Good to know: Fields you leave empty or don't touch stay unchanged for all orders. This lets you, for example, change only the refrigeration without overwriting time windows or the delivery date.
