Settings at a glance – global vs. pharmacy

apomap has two levels of settings: global settings for your whole account and settings per pharmacy (location). Here you can find out what is where.

How to open the settings

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left navigation.
  2. At the top left, choose the level: Global or a specific pharmacy.
  3. On the left you see the sections for the chosen level.

Settings per pharmacy

If you choose a pharmacy at the top left instead of "Global", you can set separate values for that location:

  • Basic settings: time zone, default country code
  • Automatic order scheduling and archiving
  • Packed status
  • Label contents
  • Scanning & checks: enforce scanning on pickup, failed deliveries require approval
  • Route optimisation: earliest and latest pickup time
  • Email & tracking: send tracking emails to customers

Tip: If you only have one pharmacy, it's usually enough to maintain the global settings. With several locations you can set different rules per pharmacy.
