How do I track my tours live?

The tour overview shows all of the day's tours on a large map and how far your driver has got.

Open it via Tour overview in the menu on the left.

What you see

On the left are your tours, sorted by Planned, Active and Completed. Under Active you'll find all tours currently on the road.
On the right the map shows your orders. When you expand a tour on the left, its route appears as a coloured line.
In each tour you see how many orders are already done, for example "2 / 4", and the planned arrival time for each stop.

Open the tour via the ⓘ. In the Tour progress tab, delivered orders are marked green and not-home ones red. Next to the planned time you see the actual arrival time and whether your driver was early or late. → What do I see in the tour detail view?

Tip: If another order comes in during the tour, you can also attach it to an active tour. Your driver then gets a notification straight away. → How do I add, remove or move orders?

Note: To see your driver's position, GPS must be enabled in their driver app. → Sharing GPS (with the pharmacy)
