How do I book out with ADG in one click?

With the bidirectional ADG integration you book a tour's takings into your ADG till with one click. No scanning, no typing.

Requirements

• ADG A3000 with the new Kassen-App
• The bidirectional ADG integration is set up in apomap. → ADG A3000 bidirectional integration

How to book out

1. Open the completed tour via the ⓘ.
2. Click the Settlement tab.
3. Click Book cash in ADG and Book card in ADG.

There are two buttons for each pharmacy in the tour: one for cash and one for card. apomap books that pharmacy's payments into ADG together.

What else the integration can do

• Orders arrive automatically: If you choose the Botendienst (delivery) tab when completing the transaction at the till, the order appears in apomap immediately.
• Back to the till: Show in ADG takes you from an order in apomap straight to the transaction in ADG.
• Delivery status in ADG: You see the status from apomap, for example "Delivered", in the ADG history.
