How is a tour finished?

Normally your driver finishes the tour in the app when they get back. If they forgot, you finish it on the PC.

In the driver app

When the driver is back at the pharmacy, they tap Finish tour at the bottom and confirm with Yes, finish. They then see a summary with completed and failed orders, duration and cash report. → Finishing a tour and summary

Note: If Enforce complete tour processing is active in the settings, the driver can only finish the tour once they have processed every stop, i.e. delivered it or marked it as undeliverable. You'll find this under Settings → General settings.

On the PC

Open Tour planning or Tour overview and switch to the Active tab.
Click the ⓘ on the tour.
Click the square icon (finish tour) at the top right.

The tour is finished immediately and appears under Completed.
