How can I use the print function?

Once you've linked a printer to your apomap software, you can use it to print labels for your orders.

Here you can find out how to link your printer to apomap.

Don't have an apomap-compatible printer yet? You can buy one here.

Print order labels

1) Click the order you want to print. A panel with a detailed view of the order opens.
2) Click the printer icon at the top right.

3) Choose which printer should print the label.
4) Click Print and your label is printed straight away.

You can print any type of order as a label, whether delivery, pickup or collective order.

Information on the label

Your label contains the following information:

  • Name of the pharmacy
  • Delivery or pickup
  • Special attributes: priority (PRIO) / narcotics (BTM) / prescription-only (RX) / refrigerated (KÜHL)
  • Name of the customer
  • Address
  • Address supplement
  • Phone and mobile number
  • Delivery date
  • Time window
  • Note to the driver
  • Tags
  • Amount to be paid
  • Barcode

You can, however, specify for individual details whether they should be printed on the label or not.
Here you can find out how to configure the information printed on your label.

You can scan the barcode on the labels with a scanner. This quickly shows you the most important information about an order or makes tour planning easier. → How do I plan orders with scan mode?

Tour label and tour list

You can also print for whole tours. Open the tour via the ⓘ and click at the top right:

  • Print: the tour list with all stops as a PDF, for example as a paper backup for your driver
  • Print label: a tour label. If your driver uses the apomap Terminal to scan the orders first and then the tour label, the orders go into this tour.
