Which scanner can I use?

In pack mode and scan mode you scan receipts and labels directly on the PC. Almost any standard 2D barcode scanner is suitable for this.

On the PC

  • You need a 2D scanner with USB or wireless that works like a keyboard. It "types" the scanned code and finishes with Enter. This is the default setting on most scanners.
  • Many pharmacies already have a scanner like this at the till. You can use it for apomap too.
  • No drivers or setup in apomap are needed. Plug in the scanner, open Pack mode or Scan mode, scan.

On the road

The apomap Terminal has a built-in 2D scanner, triggered with the scan button on the side. In the driver app on a smartphone, your driver scans with the camera. → Collecting and loading orders

What can I scan?

  • Delivery receipts from your pharmacy management system
  • apomap labels
  • Tour labels

Tip: If nothing happens when you scan, click once in pack mode or scan mode so that apomap receives the input.
