How do I configure my labels?

You can set yourself which information is printed on your labels and which is left out.


To do this, go to Settings.


Only the admin account has access to the settings.


If you manage several pharmacy locations with apomap, you can adjust the label settings individually for each location. At the top of the settings you choose whether to change the settings globally, or you select one of your locations so that the settings only change for that location.


  1. Go to the Label contents menu item.
  2. Here you can switch the following information on your label on or off:


  • Phone number
  • Price
  • Tags
  • Notes



The settings are saved automatically and applied straight away to your next print.
