Where can I see the signature and photo of a delivery?

With every delivery, your driver can record the handover with a signature and a photo. Here's how to find both again.

In the order overview, click the order. Delivered orders are in the Done tab.
Click ⓘ at the top of the panel. The detail view opens.
At the top of the Proof card you can see straight away whether there's a signature and a photo.
Scroll down to Proof of delivery and Signature.

Proof of delivery with photo and signature

Under Proof of delivery you see the photo your driver took at the handover, for example of the parcel at the door or of where it was left. Below it, you see when it was taken. Download image saves the photo to your computer, for example to send to a customer or to keep as proof in case of a complaint. If your driver didn't take a photo, it says "No image available".

Next to it you see the recipient's signature with date and time. If someone else accepted the delivery, you see this at the top of the Recipient card.

Tip: Looking for all orders with a photo? In the order overview, click the filter icon → Advanced and choose "With photo" under Notes & photos. You can filter past deliveries the same way in the Documentation.

Tip: For legal reasons, we recommend always requiring a signature for narcotics and Rx orders. To do so, activate Signature required for narcotics (BTM) orders and Signature required for Rx orders under Settings → General settings.
