Payment methods (Viva)

Via the payment provider Viva, your drivers can take card payments at the door – directly on the apomap Terminal (apomap Pay via Viva).

Settings → Payment methods → Viva

At the top you see the status of your connection, the account number and the merchant ID.
Link pharmacy assigns a pharmacy to a Viva store. The Stores table shows the code for each pharmacy.
Deactivate switches off card payment.

Note: Your pharmacy sets up the Viva account itself together with Viva. If you have questions about the setup, our support can help via the chat or at support@apomap.de.

Tip: With the apomap Terminal and apomap Pay activated, the amount is transferred automatically to the card terminal. The driver doesn't have to type it in.
