Getting started – registering with apomap
You can have your own apomap account in just a few minutes. There are two parts:
- You create your login details, i.e. a username and password.
- You enter your pharmacy's details in four short steps.
All you need is a computer with internet access. It's best to have your pharmacy's address, phone number and, if you have one, logo to hand.
Create an account
- Open your web browser.
- Type apomap.io into the address bar at the top and press Enter.
- Click the light blue Register button.

You'll now see the registration form. This is where you create your login details.
Fill in these fields:
- Username: You'll use this name to sign in later. It's best to start it with admin_, e.g. admin_sonnen.apotheke. That way you can easily recognise this account later, even after you've created more accounts for your team.
- Email: Your pharmacy's email address.
- Password: Choose a secure password, ideally at least 8 characters with upper- and lower-case letters and a number.
- Confirm password: Enter the same password again. Show password lets you see what you've typed so you can spot typos.
Then click Register.

Step 1: General
Here you enter your company's details, i.e. your pharmacy's.
- Fill in all fields: company name, first name, last name, email address, address and phone number. All fields are required, otherwise you can't continue.
- Click Next at the bottom right.

Step 2: Main location
The main location is your pharmacy on site. If you only have one pharmacy, that's simply this pharmacy. If you have several pharmacies, enter the details of your main pharmacy here first. You can add your other locations later.
- Enter the details of your main location: name, address and phone number.
- Are the details exactly the same as in step 1? Then simply click Use company details. The fields are filled in automatically.
- Are the details different? This may be the case, for example, if your invoices show a different address from your pharmacy on site. Then enter the main location's details here.
- Optional: Click Upload to add your pharmacy's logo, then select the image file on your computer.
- Under Colour, click one of the coloured circles. Your location will be shown in this colour in apomap. This is especially helpful if you have several pharmacies.
- Look at the map below: is the red pin where your pharmacy is? If not, check the address in the Address field again.
- Click Next.

Step 3: Pharmacy management system
- Click the pharmacy management system your pharmacy uses. It gets a blue border.
- If you use several systems, simply click all of them.
- Can't find your system in the list? Then choose Other system.
- Click Next.

Step 4: External connections
Here you can specify which other services your pharmacy works with. These can be parcel services such as DHL or GLS, delivery services such as Uber or Wolt, or ordering platforms such as apotheken.de.
- Click all the services you use. Selected services get a blue border.
- Click Done at the bottom right.

Registration complete
Done! 🎉 You'll now see a summary of all your details: company, main location, pharmacy management system and external services. Read through it once more and then click Start with apomap.

What's next?
You're now in your new apomap account. At first it's still empty – there are no orders, tours or drivers yet. That's normal. Now you can set up apomap for your pharmacy step by step.

Next, set up apomap for your pharmacy. The easiest way is to work through our checklist: → After registering: your setup checklist
