  A report summarises your delivery service for a period as a PDF, for example for the monthly team meeting. Report for a period Open the Documentation. Choose the period in the calendar field. • How do I export orders as CSV?

  Need your orders in Excel, for example for accounting or your own analysis? Export them as a CSV file. Open the Documentation and choose Orders at the top. Set the period in the calendar field. If needed, set filters, for example only one pharmacy or only narcotics orders. Whatever is shown in the list is exported. Click CSV export. • What does Analytics show me?

  Analytics shows you how well your delivery service is running: how many orders were successful, how long your tours take and how this is changing. Open it via Analytics in the menu on the left.
