  • How do I set pickup times per location?
Your goods aren't always ready straight away: the wholesaler only delivers at 9 am, a branch closes at 6 pm, or a second location only packs at midday. With pickup times per location you specify when your drivers may collect the orders at which pharmacy. Tour optimisation then automatically plans the route so that each location is visited within its pickup time. You can set the pickup times in two ways: As a default in the settings – applies automatically to all tours of that locatioFew readers

  • What does central delivery service mean?
Do you have several pharmacies and your delivery service runs from one location? Then choose that location as the central delivery service. apomap plans the tour as if all orders were there. • How are optimisations counted?
Depending on your plan, you have a certain number of optimisations. Here you can see when apomap counts an optimisation and when it doesn't. What counts Each order that apomap optimises in a tour counts once. Example: You plan a tour with 3 orders. That's 3 optimisations. Then you attach another order and re-optimise the tour. Now all 4 orders are recalculated. That's 4 more optimisations, so 7 in total. What doesn't count Moving orders into a tour by handFew readers
  • How do I set up an automation?
With an automation, apomap sorts new orders into the right tour by itself. You define once which area belongs to which recurring tour, and apomap does the rest. How it works An automation links an area on the map with a recurring tour. When an order comes in with an address in that area, apomap attaches it to the matching tour of the day. Example: All orders from Vaterstetten, Poing and Zorneding automatically go into the Saturday tour. ![An automation with an area on the map]Few readers
